Common questions about our pricing and plans
We bill on the first Monday of each month for all events tracked in the previous month. Your first 1,000 events each month are always free, regardless of your plan.
With the Free tier, you can track 1,000 events monthly and maintain a rolling history of up to 3,000 total events. This ensures you have at least 3 months of historical data of event history. If you track fewer than 1,000 events monthly, your history can span longer, up to the 3,000 event storage limit.
Usage is calculated based on the number of events tracked across your domains. Each page view, click, or custom event counts as one event. After your first 1,000 free events, you pay $0.0001 per event.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Your billing will be adjusted accordingly based on your actual usage. If you upgrade from free to usage-based, we may be able to restore missing events for the current month if desired. This service cost is based on the number of events recovered, with an additional 20% recovery fee.
If you exceed the free tier limits for the current month, you won't be charged, but you won't be able to track more events until the next month. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time to continue tracking events.
No, there are no long-term contracts. Our service operates on a rolling monthly schedule, offering you flexibility.
We are in the process of integrating with Paddle for secure and seamless payments. More details on accepted payment methods will be available soon. All billing is conducted in USD.
A domain includes all subdomains and pages associated with one apex domain. For example, tracking "yourcompany.com" would cover events on yourcompany.com/pricing, blog.yourcompany.com, and app.yourcompany.com. However, "anothercompany.com" would be considered a separate domain.
